Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR POLICY

Due to the type of products being sold on our sites and usually because of the time, financial commitments, and at times health reasons (as our products come in contact with skin), Thrumic sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. However, Thrumic Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Care and Use

Our clay earrings are made from real clay. We do advice you to please avoid getting them wet, especially swimming in salty water or pools, showering with them, and to avoid sharp objects. We also would recommend you to store them in a container to avoid scratches. With prolong use, some makeup may stain the earrings, and dust may be found on the surface. To clean polymer clay earrings, you can use baby wipes or soft, moist fabric or paper towels to remove dirt and dust

We at Thrumic thank you tremendously for taking the time to look into our policy on returns and exchanges. We hope that you are always satisfied with our products and that you took the time that it is the most suitable earrings/jewelry piece meant for you. However, if you get to this point and are interested in reading this because you might want to return an item you are currently looking to purchase or that you recently purchased, we are here to help always. Whatever your reason for considering a return may be, please let us help answer or resolve any concern that you may have so that you can feel good about your order. We encourage you to e-mail us (info@thrumic.com) if you have any questions, as we are very happy to solving problems you might have; so let us assist you through any challenge(s) you are experiencing that is a result of shopping with us online.

 

We have carefully outlined a few scenarios that might prompt your interest in a return and offer you some recommendations on how to avoid the problem in the first place and how we handle the problem if it already exists:

 

You do not like the color of the piece you selected.

We recommend using the model pictures or paying great attention to your color choices as we do our best to portray the color scheme as best as possible on our site with professional photography so there is no surprises before shipping; and we sincerely as that you take time in thinking ahead about how you would style this piece of earrings or jewelry and which color best suits the way you envision wearing this piece. If you know what color you want and like what you see online, we should be able to avoid this problem.

 

We understand, however, that you may just have a change of heart and decide that instead of going with a bold color you would prefer something more neutral. Or maybe you purchased a gift for your girlfriend/friend/family and she/they would prefer a different color. We know that color is a particular thing so we can offer a one-time exchange for that particular item. Please encourage you to encourage the interested party to visit our website and e-mail us to see what colors we can offer as an exchange.

 

Did you order the wrong size earrings?

If you’ve never shopped with us in person, you probably don’t know what size of earrings will fit you best. We have included a brief description on each earrings, complete with model pictures in the product page to help you figure out what size fits you. We sincerely hope that you used the product page exhaustively before making your purchases, but if you did not see this and ordered the wrong size or maybe you ordered the earrings for someone else and just got it wrong. In such case, we are happy to provide you with an exchange for a different size. Please e-mail us and we’ll take care of you.

 

 

Unfortunately, I just purchased this item and it just broke!

If your recently purchased earrings/jewelry from us happens to break on you, please e-mail us! While we believe all jewelry should be handled with care, our jewelry should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are delicate in appearance but are well made products that can withstand regular wear.  Our jewelry will not withstand abuse and we will not take responsibility for earrings/jewelry damaged as a result of rough handlin except if done by the shipping company, which we will encourage you to report as soon as possible (although our shipments are well packaged and shipping companies we used are very reliable). Either way, if you experience an issue with one of our pieces, e-mail us so we can replace the item or provide options for repairing your jewelry.

 

 

I’m just not that into it.

Please consider your purchase carefully. We put a lot of effort into providing product details and images of our earrings/jewelry so that you can make an informed decision before placing your order. We do not accept returns and we do not accommodate exchanges for different products. Please keep reading to understand why this is our policy:

 

You are probably happy to know that we can offer exchanges under certain circumstances but still disappointed that we don’t offer any returns. Let us explain why! We are a very small business that handcraft many of our products to order. We typically do not make an earring/jewelry product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we are making it specifically for you. Each time that we accommodate an exchange, we are taking the time (and money) to make another product for you. We have made the decision to limit exchanges and we choose not to accept returns because it is simply not cost effective for our operation…remember again that we are a small, up and coming business Our time is limited and we handle nearly all aspects of our business ourselves. To keep up with orders and to still set aside enough time needed to maintain our businesses, work on new collections and directions for our brand, this is the only feasible choice.

We take extreme pride and do believe deeply in the quality of our products and know that our products are better in real life than they appear online. So, if you are reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we think it is safe to say that if you are drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you received the product in the mail.
